A winning return... it requires anticipation, even before the absence: training

Event

In collaboration with Anne-Catherine Geron, we offer an in-person training:

“A Winning Return… It’s Anticipated, Even Before the Absence”

Anticipating a return to work is already ensuring its success.

This workshop helps you understand the regulatory framework, overcome preconceived ideas, and implement sustainable human support for long-term absences.

A concrete and collaborative approach, based on real situations, to promote winning returns for everyone.

This workshop offers a comprehensive and preventive approach to long-term absence management, focusing on anticipation and support for the return to work.

Participants will first discover the key elements of the (new) regulatory framework regarding reintegration, to better understand the obligations and responsibilities of each party. The workshop then addresses support for the return to work as a long-term process, which begins well before the absence and continues after the return, in a logic of continuity and sustainability.

Particular attention is given to the perspective on absent individuals, aiming to overcome prejudices and foster a constructive, respectful, and open dialogue. The role of all stakeholders is also analyzed: managers, colleagues, human resources, prevention services… each having a key role to play in the success of the return to work.

Finally, the workshop relies on concrete reflections based on the experiences of the participants, allowing for the anchoring of learning in real-life situations and leaving with actionable insights.

This workshop is offered in a half-day format, with the possibility of extending to a full day to dedicate more time to discussions and practical cases.
