STATUES EN MARCHE

Saturday, July 18 and Sunday, July 19, 2026

It's back until... 2030! The Statues in Motion (Statues En Marche) will delight young and old for at least five editions in Marche-en-Famenne: an agreement has been signed by the City, through the Municipal College, with Cédric Monnoye, head of the ASBL C’est tout Com, organizer of the event.

This agreement reflects a shared commitment between the City and the ASBL to ensure the event's longevity in Marche-en-Famenne. The success of Statues in Motion has quickly transcended the borders of Belgium since its early editions. With an average of 40,000 visitors, it has become a must-see on the summer calendar. Over a hundred living statues from around the world take over the city center for a weekend, bringing colors, laughter, and wonder, all in a friendly and family-oriented spirit.

The Municipal College and the ASBL are thrilled about the continuation of this wonderful adventure, with the invaluable collaboration of numerous local associations and the financial support of the City, Wallonia, and private partners. Statues in Motion notably generates direct economic benefits for the Horeca sector and contributes to the city's prominence.

Hosting an international-scale event that is free and accessible to all confirms the City's commitment to offering an ambitious and high-quality entertainment program.

Mark your calendars for the ninth edition in 2026, scheduled for July 18 and 19!
