The ground floor includes four double bedrooms, a bathroom, two shower rooms, a separate toilet, a large fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, and a spacious dining area.

On the first floor, you will find three additional bedrooms (two double rooms and one triple room), a toilet, as well as a games room equipped with a television, ideal for both young and old.

The basement is dedicated to leisure with a billiards table, a foosball table, and a ping-pong table.
