The church is in neoclassical style and was built between 1875 and 1877. Nearby, take note of a Centennial Tree commemorating the anniversary of the 1830 revolution, a monument in memory of those who died in World War I, as well as a small chapel dedicated to Saint Anthony of Padua (across from the school).
