Le Manoir

Discovery and recreation

Further ahead stands the manor, a residence of traditional architecture featuring a spacious main building surrounded by outbuildings, dating back to 1699-1700 (private property). After suffering during the war, the structure was restored between 1920 and 1927. It changed owners several times and was once again restored between 1967 and 1970. Built of brick and blue stone on a limestone base, it consists of a main body (the original third floor was removed during the second restoration), carriage sheds around the courtyard, a barn, and a second dwelling to the west. An old well is located in the right corner of the courtyard.
