The Pink Walk: every step counts in breast cancer prevention!

Did you know that regular physical activity, even moderate like walking, helps reduce the risk of breast cancer?

On the occasion of Pink October, the City of Marche invites you to take advantage of your lunch break to move, enjoy the fresh air, and combine health with nature exploration, in collaboration with the CRIE of Saint-Hubert and the project Vitami’N – like Nature.

Two options to choose from:

  • Tuesday, October 13, from 12 PM to 1 PM – departure from the parking lot of the Saint-François Complex.
  • Thursday, October 29, from 12 PM to 1 PM – departure from the entrance of the Town Hall.

On the agenda: walking, relaxation, and small nature experiences in a friendly atmosphere!

No need to be an athlete: every step counts, at your own pace!
